pushing the lights and shadows while adding more detail and texture would elevate this to an acceptably appealing art piece, the flatness and lack of rendering really stand out in contrast to the few parts that were rendered/shaded
another thing you could think about is what emotion or scene or personality you're trying to capture, this pic seems to only present a near soulless character design which is fine but i don't think that's what you intended and likely a big reason why you're so disgusted and unsatisfied
also the background is a little weird and lazy, looks like you grabbed some random texture off google images, look at how other artists frame pieces like this
overall i think the drawing is cute and you have good gmi foundations if you simply get more into composition/rendering/increase time spent per piece :)
