Living on the rez is absolute shit and I got out as soon as I could. I lived in the "land of the basketball" where all people do is drink, smoke, get pregnant, and go to high school sports games. Then there's the incredibly high teen death rate from drunk driving accidents and suicide. There's also been a lot of kidnappings recently, not quite sure what's happening there though
Thank god I got into a good college on the other side of the country by virtue of literally nobody in the school, including teachers, giving a shit which made my application look great
Currently, the only good thing about being native is the slightly increased chance of positive responses to applications
