Watts is more like a school, you actually get assignments and critiques on your work, Its organized a lot better and I just find watts to be a great teacher while I find vilpuu and others to be boring and hard to listen to sometimes.
New master academy is like a collection of lectures about drawing, and painting. There's no actual assignments or critique but the content is good.
So I'd say watts is a lot better especially if your a beginner. Watts just feels like complete system to learn drawing and painting , while the new masters academy is supplemental.
The only problem is price , I would definitely say that watts online school is overpriced compared to other options. 100$ for drawing, 200$ for everything.
What I did was buy the drawing program, watch through all the assignments and download all the assignment booklets he gives you.Than canceled after a month.
