For one thing I don't believe paheal accepts new accounts and has been not accepting for a while now for whatever reason, I used to stalk this artist that posted a few times here and we often draw the same thing and live in the same country, my plan was to beat him up half way to death so he could put things in to perspective and go back drawing, like fight club, you know?
Anyway, he used to post on paheal and used the website mostly as his blog, so it wasn't that uncommon thing to do, but now they don't accept new accounts I can't tell you a large enough booru were artists actively do this.
