Trying to absolutly master everything. From lolis to hyper realistic old hags, to bara to shota, to mechas to landscapes, from comics to animations and so on. Right now I think I'm early /int/ in all, so just a little more, 5 or 10 years I may active my objective.

I want to write stories that are meaningful to me and evoke emotions in others.
I mainly write and script but I also dabble in drawing, animating, acting, music composition and programming so I can express things in different media.
If I ever did get around to organising a project to bring a story to fruition in form of a video game or short film, I'd collaborate with other artists where I can though, I just wish my organizational skills were better; I'm kinda struggling with ADHD and some comorbidities there, but I'm working on it.

I've grown up with people making fun of giant anime bug eyes, or anything that is cartoonish in a japanese way. But I love anime blob. I know everyone will make fun of me if that's all I draw though, so while I do want to have simple designs, I also want more detailed stuff, like in Goodnight Punpun where the main character is a cartoon bird and everything else is more realistic.
You can call me a coward for not embracing my preferences, but I'd be basically drawing more realistic men to show that I can draw "properly" too if I want and anime blob women because that is what I actually like.

I don't have a road map worked out of what I want to do with the skills I build up, but it is clear in my heart that I want to draw. May it be simplified or observation, male or female, natural object or blocks, I want to be able to render out what comes to mind and what I see in nature.
My comfort zone are moeblobs, but I don't resent this. The subject soothes me, but I want to do more than that.

I want to master designing characters, environments, props, and mecha so I can create stories with images and turn them into an artbook, manga, game, and/or animation.
In the short term I'm leaning more towards doing a Simon Stalenhage style book or a manga/comic since those seem more feasible for me to do solo.
Then when I develop the resources and ability I'd like to do the other stuff.

I want to draw cool characters, cute characters, sexy characters, I want to draw landscapes and portraits, cityscapes, worlds full of nature, technology, and whatever else...

But I can't even draw a box. It's hopeless. I want to do too much and know too little, and even if I started I wouldn't know how to continue.

pretty straightforward.

Dream: to live off of commissions and passive income so I'm not forced to go outside

But I would settle for a nice corner of the internet where people enjoy my art and feel like I have something special about myself. I need to keep the big sad away the older I get so I need goals.

Getting my ideas out and actually creating something is also good. Life feels meaningless unless you're doing something for yourself.

The dream of wanting to create important seems pretentious to me but maybe it's cause I don't really value art. I heard it's difficult to get a job if you don't know what you want to specify in though.

I was in the same boat at one point. Making pages and pages of ideas while thinking all of them are trash. The secret is take one of them and flesh it out to completion or some kind of resolution. Your first few finished stories will probably be shit, but you'll learn what works and what doesn't. It's just like drawing, you need to hone it. You wouldn't expect to get better at drawing full figure drawings by doing stick figures. It's hard but you just have to sit down and write something to conclusion. Or to the end of the first chapter, or something. You'll be surprised how many golden nuggets you find in otherwise mediocre ideas if you just flesh them out for a bit. Then you collect all the golden nuggets into one basket, then you have a good story.
