That said, it is true that the subjects of interest of that guy are rather particular.
And while the guy seems harmless he smells like assburghers.
I don't think he's ban worthy (yet), it would be nice to see him draw different things (and he's done so: I remember being surprised by a train he's made.) If only to make the drawpile not look like a DeviantArt tier thing to the eyes of the people who may want to join. One can't deny that his drawings tend to jump to the eye, afterall. Be it the size of the subjects or the size of the drawings or the 'style'.
So basically, it's a toss of having the canvas being a place one can feel somewhat free of skill level judgment and keeping the image of the drawpile being clean enough to keep people coming in and feed the project alive.
Talk to him, tell him people complained (wich is true) and see how he reacts.
