I can't give you a perfect answer just yet. It's a topic i need to research more. Plus this "different kinds of learners" thing isn't exactly the most perfect of sciences.
When i get good I'll try to make an ultimate diagram of different kinds of brains and the best way they can learn ART.
Right now its kind of obvious that not everyone can flourish in a school setting or with books

You can still train those skills with some discipline. Don't expect to sheer force it cause you'll go at a slower pace than others
but there's a lot of other ways to learn.

I started on August of 2020 gabe up on November and most of December, started drawing again at the start of this year, I can't grasp gesture values or form, it's fucking over.
All i can do are birds, think Alita or Akira would have been amazing if it was done with birds, of course not

The ideas are good, I wont post them because of skill but I know they are, but my skill is rubbish, I have no talent at all

Honestly, dude, most art books are just really good notes that are of no use to someone with no entry point

Go do Brent Eviston's stuff. His Art and Science of drawing is what I'd consider the definitive beginner course. Most beginner courses seem to leave out a lot of information unintentionally but he starts from the ground up.
Erik Olsen's long ass Perspective course is also good. I'm taking it and it's surprising that despite it's length, i feel good that i'm learning something new with every diagram

Don't stress on gesture drawings either. They're done so short you're better off putting them all under your better never to be seen. There's not supposed to be any pressure drawing them. Just go into them focusing on a new concept you just learned

Take any great artist in history and even if they were an extreme recluse, they still had to interact with people to buy their food, and they still lived in countries full of culture that gave them a daily source of inspiration. But it warms the heart to chat a little with the cashier or the seller at the stall, or the grandma selling vegetables on the sidewalk.
