That's just cinema. The last joker movie was also really kino and will be remerable for along time while the Harley Quinn movie was good it was also just sort of a summer flick with alot of fan service.

Even now. Over a decade after she permanently broke up with him. Everything with her revolves around how she was jokers girlfriend

I’m honestly not sure how she’s supposed to survive long term as a character because

A) she’s constantly in a “look at me I’m a strong independent woman, I shot joker in the eye for being an abuser! I’m SO over him” mode. Which feels painful when she’s clearly never over him or particularly independent considering her whole identity is based on him

B) she can never truly move on from joker, or get back together with him in the main comics, because the former would be mass complained about by leftists for encouraging abuse or something. And the latter would destroy any popularity she actually has
