If you want to buy it, it's currently being printed with its sequel, Heart of Empire. Both are good, but I prefer the first story, which is more experimental and in black and white. The sequel is more straightforward and in color. Many prefer the sequel.
Part 3 is coming soon, but what is available is self-contained, even the first story on its own is self-contained.
