1) At the end of The Clone Wars
2) At some point during Rebels
3) Immediately after Rebels where Ahsoka and Sabine set off in their search for Ezra
Ahsoka living until the original trilogy just doesn't feel right to me and now she has somehow survived all the way to The Mandalorian.
