This. Collar works great for dedicated noir settings. Sometimes Batman should lean towards classic heroics in other settings.

Collar, plus tall ears, plus over the shoulders, floor sweeping cloak, plus shoulder spikes, plus long arm blades, plus pointy fingers would be kino. Noir detective with collar and less spooky features is also acceptable.
