I don't get the hate for this scene on /co/. I dig the dynamic that it set up for Batman and Joker. Batman respecting Joker enough to seek out his thoughts, Joker flirting with Batman, some banter between them (not just Joker needling Batman but a back-and-forth), Joker knowing how to get under Batman's skin but even as he's prepared to leave, Bats still stops to listen to Joker because he does want to know what he really thinks. I also like that they apparently have a history. It's a short scene but it shows promise for the future of their relationship.
Do people dislike it purely because Joker is ugly? desu I kind of get that though I'm willing to reserve judgement. Him being born deformed could be interesting depending on how they handle it.
