Every Ben scene is deep and emotional, but the comedy in the film is absurd and the parties are insane, while the Coyote scenes are all terrifying with the horror. So many wildly different tones weirdly flowing into each other. Like Otis and his friends get drunk on their own milk and go boytipping, then he gets sad over his dad's death and has a romantic scene with his love interest, and then the Coyotes come to eat hens and threaten Otis.
