1- The protagonist was a knockoff Roger Rabbit and while you watched the show you couldn't stop thinking how much better as a character the genuine Roger Rabbit was.
2- The 'cartoon cop with human partner' premise doesn't work well when both characters are actually cartoons. This was an idea for an animation-live action movie that couldn't be pulled off in an animated series.
