I liked the Sin City movie, and I like the two Frank Miller comics I’ve read (Year One and Dark Knight Returns)
Should I read the Sin City comics? Are they good?

Some are good, some are bad. I didn't like Hell and Back because it felt too long for the story it was trying to tell. The Big Fat Kill was okay. But That Yellow Bastard and The Hard Goodbye were great.
