Funny and heartwarming. Molly and Libby are adorable and must be protected.
I kinda wish the "Scratch is on the verge of being sent into the Flow" thing would get resolved, though. It's in the background nearly every episode this season, so wrapping it up in the next would be fine.

I don't think it's been that common, but the show has definitely been making it a point to mention it whenever its appropriate to do so. I don't really mind since it sort of reminds the viewer that the ghost world and The Ghost Council has influence on things even when they aren't around and that there are consequences, but I can see it getting a bit draining for some viewers. Though I don't really know what they could to to resolve it. Seems like almost every ghost answers to the council.

I don't watch modern cartoons, so I don't know how it stands compared to its contemporaries. It's a cute show though

I really like it, I love high-energy shows that are well animated and have a great voice cast. But I especially love how Molly is unusual for plenty of protagonists like her, in the sense that she is constantly wrong and has to learn that her idea of happiness and helping people is flawed. I hope they keep that up throughout the show, sometimes she feels like a commentary on the way modern animation treats empathy.

It's worth watching for Molly's facial expressions alone. The moments when she starts to go a little crazy are hilarious and her and Libby's VAs do an awesome job.
