This isn't even remotely true. There must be at least 20 minutes worth of clip of Batman just slowly walking up or turning his head and silently staring. It's not cool, it just makes the movie feel like it's moving at a snail's pace for no real good reason. If you liked it, it's fine, but there's plenty of complaints about how the movie didn't need to be 3 hours at all.
