Soos get no respect but man he was great, I mean agency or not Mabel being shitty is hard to deny I wouldn't say the worst part is that her final focus episode is about how bad she is but that she is enabled to be as much of an asshole and doesn't pay any for it, instead her own brother has to give up something for her troubles, that in my opinion is the worst part the audience felt betrayed after they thought Dipper would follow on his mentor footsteps especially after an episode where he proved his bravery and resourcefulness to said mentor
I don't really know how to put it into words but Mabel made 2 character journeys feel pointless on a single unpunished escapade and the show had the balls to tell us that we should take her side because mind control or something when the world was a direct result of her decisions and what she wanted, why couldn't we get something cool instead?
