Netflix doing a show would have solved the length problem, but if the suits are abandoning serialized adventure cartoons in favor of lowest common denominator TV babysitter shit like Boss Baby and Cocomelon, its a no-go.
The only ones I see that could be interested in doing a serialized Bone show are Amazon and Disney, since Amazon's found a lot of success with Invincible and Disney's trying to bring 2D back to WDAS while also having them produce bigger budget animated shows in-house there.
