I literally only watched this dog shit movie because of the sexy fox, and honestly she didn't carry the movie at all, nothing did, the movie had the plot of a dollar store children's book

Between that and just how horrible the animation style looks (I fucking hate the eyes with every fiber of my being) I'm confused why anyone had any sort of hype.
Even from a furry perspective there is literally nothing special about these characters.

I'm convinced Into the Spiderverse's impact on animation has been for the worst. Everyone is trying to just copy it now and ruin what they already have.
I'm still pissed off the Puss in Boots sequel is going to have low framerate bullshit ruining literally every action scene.

Puss in Boots copying it is so weird. The gruesome overly realistic and gross CGI was always "the visual identity" of Shrek. Making it look good and anime-ish is a terrible idea

I think a lot of studios are afraid of risks, more so than before.

Copying the Spiderverse is easy because it doesn't require too much work and no one really understands what effect it might have on the film profits.
