How can anyone take the "dark and serious" tones of this film seriously when you have the main character beating people up looking like this? I mean look at him, how could you not hold back your laughter anytime he shows up on screen? Is it supposed to be ironic? The older campy Batman films had it right because they knew how ridiculous it would be in live action. I mean it wouldn't look so out of place if he wasn't the only character with a fucking mask and cape, but when it's put in a gritty and realistic setting, it's just funny, especially when they make Bruce some angsty emo.
