This isn't necessarily because of anything to do with the cosmology. It's simply because with fuckers like Bendis and Thorne on big titles while the few writers who are even halfway competent being relegated to less central stories, DC as a setting is being turned into a goddamn mess. Black Adam is on the Justice League right now and nobody, NOBODY, least of all himself can seem to explain why given he hates them and JUST came off a fight with Superman in the ice king story from a while back. And Hippolya went from randomly deciding to replace Diana's spot on the League, to going back to Themyscira just long enough to name Nubia as the new queen, to being poisoned by Artemis.

>It could have been greatYou know, that Justice League Infinity comic really feels like an attempt to write a better version of Year of the Villain/Death Metal. It has a lot of similar beats. And while I don't like how it chose to forgive it's main villain, it definitely had a better ending.
