>>130153964>The one on the right was basically hitting you over the head with an allegory for how he was comparing the bride (and himself) with people leading double lives and arguing that pretending to be normal people was a lie. He was saying Superman's identity as Clark Kent was a critique on how he saw humanity. Again, kinda hitting you over the head that the bride and himself were killers first and any other identity was secondary/a lie. It was less a criticism of Superman and more of a way of telling the viewer Bill saw the bride's attempt at a normal life as a sham.
