A girl saying to a policeman "Daddy keeps eating my cookie" is going to come off as just the dad being a bully, at least until the girl learns the proper words for being forced to submit to oral sex.
Predators rely on three things; lies, ignorance, and threats. Telling a minor they're mature for their age is a red flag. Kids who don't know the proper words for their anatomy and the taboos around rape, incest, statutory, and the importance of consent (along with who can and cannot consent) are ripe targets for predators. Even if that kid is more savvy than others, a child is very easy to threaten into silence, especially if they're a black kid who has been given the talk.
And when I say the talk, I'm not talking the sex talk. I'm talking the black kid talk.
