>>130129909>Oh my God, Marvel is going to rip-off COIE and convince normies that it was their idea first, aren't they?Well, I mean... Do we really want to pretend a COIE style reboot is a good idea? At least a normal, clean reboots is clear, old stuff don't count, new stuff going forward does, easy.
With COIE type shit... Well...
Is Hawkman a human or alien?
How does the new Flash relate to the old Flash if he went from fiction to being real?
Did Batman ever use guns?
Is Power Girl a kryptonian still?
Who are the parents of Huntress?
Why is Alan Scott so similar to the GL Corps when his powers have a completely different origin?
Why is Brainiac completely different when Swamp Thing is more or less the same?
You know, it just creates confusion regarding what counts, how they rewrite contradictions and allows writers to make arbitrary changes that just creates further confusion. Seeing how it arguably makes continuity even harder to keep track of, it's basically the worst way you could reboot a series.
