Depends on which Fleetway Super Sonic this is. The crazy version only seems interested in killing everything in sight. At one point he lost his memories and became a good guy, that version would probably spend his time getting bullied by Scourge.
Scourge already expressed interest in teaming up with Prime-Sonic so he’d be a team player, though obviously with his egotism he’d demand to be the leader.
