That never actually happened. Morrison did an exit interview from DC after the third volume came out, and said that Geoff Johns would "probably" have to write a justice league eventually.
Then places like CBR ran with it saying "JUSTICE LEAGUE EARTH ONE CONFIRMED!!!" even though it was never actually announced.

Not a parody, satire. EO:WW is an honest attempt to marry Marstons original ideology with modern "post fourth wave" feminism. Considering the third book opened with Diana specifically criticising another Amazon-ruled world but doesn't act at all on this revelation when taking over Earth?

I question how honest it was to begin with. For fuck's sake, the first book involved Amazons unleashing Medusa-you know, the woman raped by Poseidon-like an attack dog from their dungeons, to destroy one of their enemies in the modern world. All the negative aspects of Amazon society ARE WELL ESTABLISHED in the Earth-1 series.

Just completely ignored with Diana going "Fuck it, us taking over the world IS the happy ending"

lol negative says who? The point of using actual social media grabs for the huge feminist hate-rally was to show that modern feminism isn't devoid of an extremist wing who very much actually espouse the ridiculous nonsense Hitler-Diana ends up saying. Is it a fringe movement? Absolutely. But when you have most modern writers in agreement on the "superheros are fascist ideals" line of thought taking WW to the endgame of glorious feminist hitler isn't surprising. It felt more like a parody of Marston than anything, regardless of the intent. But I don’t like to try to mindread people so who knows what the intentions were. I didn’t like it—odd since I like almost all of Morrison’s work—although the art was nice. I remember moderately liking Vol. 1 and then it went off a cliff.

I feel the same way. But every writer strikes out from time to time.

As for good WW runs, I like Perez and Azzarello. Different runs, but both still did good works building with interesting characters. I find the Marston stories charming, which is that Earth-One was allegedly based on, but it never felt like it to me.

Perez, while not devoid of flaws, created what it's still the definitive early WW.
Azzarello crapped on all that a changed everything about the character to create something literally antithetical to the character and her world out of ignorance and probably spite. WW sucks since then, since the higher ups refuse to let some of that shit go.

There's a certain charm to it due to its sheer awfulness. I think some people take it too seriously. It's not at the same level of Mockingbird, Ironheart, or America in horridness. It's just a bizarre comic that has the status of "so bad, it must be seen to believe". I would argue Miller's WW is worse than Morrison's.
