So, my friend and I have been going crazy trying to find something. It was like a commercial segment on Cartoon Network called something like "Bob the Inappropriately Loud Kid." It was just a kid in a movie theater who could only scream his words and like the last line of the thing was something like "WOW, WE MUST NEED A LOT MORE POPCORN!" It was back in like 2007/2008. I've searched to the best of my ability but can't find any evidence of it. Oh, and it was live-action. Anyone else remember this?
