I remember really trying meditation for like 8 months, and used this app to do it at the recommendation of my therapist at the time. Said it'd help with anxiety. I did my best to follow the instructions, keep a positive attitude, really try to keep calm, gently bring the focus back if I got distracted, yadda yadda.
I really can't say I felt much of a difference. I really tried keeping an open mind about it, trying not to expect much, but after 8 months, it just ended up feeling like an inconvenience doing it. The meager 5 to 10 minutes I spent each morning felt better spent on literally anything else.
So what even is this supposed to be? Is it going to be an instructional set of animations like they have in the app or something?
