The fact that mid-20s is considered "old" by teenagers nowadays fucking cracks me up, because they're kind of right. By your mid-20s you're already mostly out of the cultural loop these days, because of how fast things are changing. What's even funnier is that things are only changing faster and faster, so before long early 20s will probably be seen as old. Imagine being 18 and just getting out of high school, thinking that by the time you graduated college you were already an old ass man. It's actually becoming a reality, and people in their 20s act more like people used to in their 50s and 60s regarding old media and cultural touchstones. People are turning into old crotchety men bitching about having to walk uphill to school both ways before they're even halfway there, what a world.
