She's trying to cultivate a base of power, trying to gather up enough influence to mold public opinion to favor her ascendancy to the throne of Hell. She is doing this by obtaining just the right clients at her Hotel. bringing their alignment closer to hers. She is sincere about helping demons, but recognizes even the ones she can't convert are potentially useful. And as much as she loves her father, she recognizes he'll never let her rule unless she forces him out. She can't remake Hell in her image with him running things the way he does. But only public pressure might force him out, since she doesn't want to hurt her dad physically.
TDLR: she's making a power play, to make Hell a better place. The Hotel is a means to that end.
