>>106421189The idea was that peace was made between monsters and Mewmans by Toffee (whom we knew as a Septarian prince before Globgor was introduced) and Moon getting married, which naturally resulted in Star. However, Star is a half-monster, and is on the receiving end of intense racial hatred not just from Mewmans (including the Johanssens), but also other monsters and even humans.
Star is eventually sent to Earth for her personal safety, and tries to make friends with Marco, the first person she meets there, only for him to want nothing to do with her because she causes his already low social-standing to plummet even further. In this AU, the story is about a young girl trying to be happy in a world that openly hates her, learning to find her own bravery from the encouragement of her loving parents.
