Aimless, twee, fails to deliver on an initially interesting world and concept. Tonally incompetent, arrives at many conclusions that don't feel earned while presenting many concepts that never pay off.
Designs are hit and miss, jokes are mostly misses. Core cast has yet to do anything that really makes them shine. Characters are very much what-you-see-is-what-you-get so far and Luz isn't a very likable protagonist beyond her design and willingness to adventure.
Episodes are mostly self-contained so far. Overarching themes are drilled in to the point that subtlety feels lost.
