I kind of liked it, I liked how the season had lasting consequences on the protagonist...because that's how a story SHOULD go. Compare the transition to B1 - B2 to B3 - B4. This feeling is just compounded by how it seems like Korra's character somehow managed to regress between B1 and B2 becoming more annoying, and the fun aspects of her character were squished.
It was kind of neat to see Korra actually go through a personal arc in B4 and for the story to revolve around her more. But Korra was a fun character before for me, she had a certain zest to her and her annoying aspects were tempered in B3. B4 she's just kind of a boring Tragic Sue, and obviously her character still can't hope to hold a candle to someone like Zuko.>>103273063
