But it has the advantage that most Telltale games don't have, it is a one off. Telltale has to worry about how wildly different choices can make a continued a season effectively impossible in terms of the amount of work it would require. They have to either go "Fuck you this is the canon ending" which nobody would like. Or go "ayylmao none of your choices REALLY matter, every player pretty much ends up in the same place more or less, LESS WORK FOR US!"
This is the reason one off RPG's will always be better than ones that try to make a narrative across multiple games.
