I'm not trying to cherry pick, this is obviously an action scene and there is a lot of animation here, but in general, even when characters are just standing around, they have A LOT of poses, I didn't count exactly but it's more than three per second easy. Compare to Family Guy that probably averages one pose drawing per second, and heavily recycles drawings at that.
Again, I'm not saying the animation is good, I'm saying it's expensive. If they want to be good they can't outsource critical shit like timing. When Ivy pulls this face when she says "fall in love with me" you know the Korean studio was left without any guidance for how to make the characters emote.
