>>130245563It still makes no sense unless someone nefarious influence Lilith, like Terra. They didn't know only one would get chosen until they started the trials. Since Eda got Terra's attention i can only see one way they can justify their break up.
Terra makes it a rule that only one of them can join and the loser will be covenless forever, treated like a wild witch. Still, Eda should've given her spot to Lilith since it showed she had doubts about the coven system.
