I knew the NRS Timeline was doomed to be shit when they passed up the absolute golden opportunity to revert Noob Saibot into Bi-han after he got kicked into the soulnado. It would have been absolute kino to have the two brothers reverse their fates from the old timeline, with Bi-han, the first Sub-Zero seeking redemption for his little brothers soul after regaining his own, making amends with Hanzo, the man he killed and was killed by, and getting payback on Quan-Chi for setting him up, and Shinnok, who he already foiled the plans of once before.
But nope, we need to shill Kuai-Liang for the millionth time, turning him into a fucking zombie robot but then not even having the balls to commit, and so turning him into a regular zombie in MKX with no explanation given outside a shitty comic filled with inconsistencies and retcons. Having him do fuck all in MKX besides beat up some Kombat Kids and then kneel to Hanzo disrespecting him in his own temple like a bitch.
