In episode 83 there's a small scene between Saphir and Esmeraude after she helps Sailor Moon escape where Saphir monologues about a woman's jealousy and then admits that "he shares her same feelings." Esmeraude rightfully goes "wtf?" and Saphir just says that he also hates Sailor Moon.
The dub changed that whole scene into him just admitting he has "feelings" for Esmeraude.
Make that of what you will.
