Would all cultures of intelligent life on the planet stopped being autistic and united as one then form a galactic union with other planets with life or would one culture autisticly invade the entire planet and conquer the galaxy with a space empire? Would the like of a union be more common if they had nukes? What would the history be like and what manor would trade, ideology, knowledge, tech and intergalactic relations spread if we ever got to new earth like planets?
