Why aren't there any classroom type communities that are completely public? And I know about EDX and Coursera but it doesn't contain any human interaction. Most of the time you just watch videos that either don't explain a topic fully well or miss certain things. Are there any communities that contain human teachers (Doesn't have to be certified or anything, just someone who knows the topic well), as well as graded assignments and exams that are completely free? If not can we make one?
