On a flat plane, yes. On a sphere, there are an infinite number of straight lines which can be drawn through two fixed points. Not sure about hyperbolic geometries

depends on the geometry of the space you want to draw it through.

if its an open shape (flat, hyperbolic, ect)
then no

if its closed (sphere, polygonal)
then yes

if its pyramidal, then its much more complicated, but you still could depending on where the point is.

Any two points are always "the same difference apart from each other."
Point A and point B are a given distance apart.
If point A moves, the distance from point A to point B will still be equal to the distance from point B to point A.
