Stop competing at such a high level. Why make your life harder than it could be? Go study and work somewhere where average IQ is lower and be the local genius with minimal effort. Stress is a bigger killer than most people realize.

You cant be better than everyone in every way if they work just as hard as you do, some things you will surpass your piers in and others you won't, I'm not saying don't try to improve at the things you don't immediately excel in but keep in mind that different people are smart in different ways and you should use their strengths while you can to improve yourself rather than look at them as signs of your own imperfection
