Peer review has its limits and it's obviously so fucking flawed at this point that we should fucking replace it. We see this in many fields all the time, specially in math.

With what? Computer-checkable proofs are nice to have but Mochizuki is not about to punch his entire opus into a formal proof system, not that he's even capable of doing so (or it's even possible at the current time). Other experts are the only things capable of providing any indication at all whether what he's written is correct.
