It seems like almost all the foreign grad students are only there to get the jobs that Americans get with Bachelors degrees. Whenever I tell one of them that I want to go to grad school they just tell me "you don't need it bro you're American you'll get hired with a bachelors" I've seen PhD students gladly accepting 70k salaries just to work in the US.

Are they right? Is grad school a bad decision if you're American?
