It have identity, it looks like computer, have it's subcomplexes with self diagnostics, it self process information.

If you do wrong with them then are so harmed, they stop cooperating. Maybe it's their mistake, but human created them.
Self awareness is to diagnose own mistake, and computers already do that to greater extend than humans. They can already look for own algorithms.
