Basically zero.

Depends on the speed and collision course. If it comes straight in from interstellar space, probably a few years in advance as it will have a fairly bright apparent magnitude pretty far out. Any less time than that would be because it is traveling very unusually fast. It is also possible it misses Earth on it's way in, but is captured into a solar orbit and over many many years eventually comes into a collision course. We could know about that collision possibly decades in advance.

You've got to appreciate how dinky of a target Earth is when you're talking about the solar system.
Something passing through would likely miss everything.
If it's a rogue planet then its traveling at the escape velocity of whatever system it was ejected from, so it probably wont likely be captured by the Sun either.
