How can my gf gain weight the right way?
Shes 19, 5'8", and currently weights 120.
looking for plump breasts, thighs, and ass. Wide hips and a soft, squish-able, but not big, belly.

most fat available to eat is shitty processed, toxic fat. Attractive fat comes from healthy fat from grass fed cows, fish, nuts, w/e. Of course metabolisms vary from person to person but that's the basics.

Or just try to get her to eat more, but still healthy food and do moderate exercise. Weight gain is just calories in-calories out. You don't have to eat garbage to get fat, although eating garbage will make it easier.

i heard avocado and peanut butter are good for gaining weight but idk what we else to do yet so i haven't had luck

apparently if you exercise more it increases your appetite so you can gain weight but i don't know how true that is because it sounds kinda counterproductive because then you'd be burning calories

I have my doubts about this thread, because the answer is pretty obvious. Tits will only get significantly bigger if she gets really fat (sometimes not even then) or gets pregnant. For legs and ass she'd need to work out - if you're worried about her becoming masculine then you're a virgin and this thread is a sham. Nothing can change hip size, if she was 130 her belly might be what you're looking for.

There are ways to increase healthy fat through hormones. Lavender products can put on more lady weight without a change in diet. Eating fat doesn't make one fat. Simple sugars from potatoes and stuff are healthy and can add fluff. Marriage does seem to work fro a lof of chicks.
