Is it normal that I can cut cysts like these out of my scrotum every other month?
Don't think they do anything harmful but it's still annoying to have them grow and it looks freaky.

Can't really see on your potato pic. Are they from those white bumps on your ballsack/penis? If you are doing it in a clean way so you don't get an infection, it should be fine, I'd be a little worried if you need to do it so after though, I cut out like one in 6 months. Are you just removing the contents of the sack, or removing the entire sack? Because if you just remove the contents they refill pretty quickly, though I'm usualy to lazy for that and just impale then with a sterilised needle, then push the content out.

They're called fordyce spots, and they also occur at the corners of your lips
