For us, time is necessary for us to understand a song but for them they could grasp the whole thing in an instant.
I think also that just as one could get from one point on a plane to another by going below that plane, over and back up, you could do the same with time. You leave the current 3D plane you’re in, travel through a different plane and then pop back up into the old plane but at a different time.
